Years later still mesmerised by the memory of that perfect pickle, I returned to Chokkarwara, there I met a group of incredible farm Amma & didis—keepers, age-old recipes passed down through generations. We worked together blending traditional recipe with modern hygiene, handpicking the freshest ingredients, and sun-curing the spices with patience and love.
